The Bedford 55-3071 is a 10-pack of PTFE (Teflon) o-rings supplied as a direct-fit replacement for Graco 288068. PTFE o-rings deliver broad chemical resistance, low compression set under repeated pressure cycles, and a stable seal at fluid passages in high-pressure spray equipment.
Graco airless and plural-component equipment runs these seals at pressures where any loss of seal integrity shows up immediately as a leak or pressure drop.
Common reasons these o-rings are replaced:
- Visible compression set, flat spots, or surface cracking after solvent exposure
- Scheduled service during gun rebuild or fluid section overhaul
